Canadian Identity

What make us Canadian is our citizenship, our generosity towards each other, our patriotism, and most of all our multiculturism. Times have changed dramatically throughout the years. Today there is so many different races, religions, languages, and foods that when we see something that is out of the ordinary or that looks like they may have immigrated to Canada it doesn’t even phase us. Canada is a great place! We have offer health care benefits, many different nationalities, freedom, lots of resources. Many job opportunities, lots of schools for people to get a better education. That is what makes everyone feel at home in Canada. This past year we had the Olympics that were held in Vancouver. I believe it brought us together as a country. Walking down the streets in Vancouver during the Olympics was something I will never forget. Seeing everyone dressed in red, chanting the anthem, and excited due to the newest score in the hockey game, Canada with a 3-2 lead over U.S.A. These are the reasons why I love Canada.
